After joining Insight Consulting Group, I revised and A/B tested all copy used throughout the Recruitment process, including cold emails/faxes, confirmation emails, Craigslist ads, and Standard Operating Procedures. The new copy improved response rates of warm and cold leads. This eliminated busy work for the recruitment staff, allowing them to focus on higher-value activities.
I tailored the copy leaving Recruitment to the channel, research format, and study requirements, for example:
- A solicitation email for a phone-screening from a client-provided list
- A confirmation email for a study with an unblinded topic
- A Craigslist ad for blinded virtual patient interviews
